- β Check Shopping Bag, Logs, Fire Lighters, Matches & BBQ.
- β Empty vase and prepare for fresh flowers.
- β Prepare clean space for new tea pack, kitchen pack, salt & pepper, folder etc.
- β Collect used tea towels, apron, oven glove. Separate dirty from clean (use white bin liners for grey bins).
- β Check dish brush head; replace if needed.
- β Check chemicals under the sink (cream cleaner, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, washing up liquid, etc.).
- β Collect rubbish & leftover food β donβt miss the fridge & cupboards, empty jars if not needed.
- β Check inside the oven, spray if needed, then close the door.
- β Clean and organise cupboards, working left to right.
- β Load / unload dishwasher & wipe cupboard tops.
- β Update inventory list with missing/replacement items β ready by 11:00am (or 15:00 for afternoon cottages) for driver collection.
- β Clean worktops & appliances.
- β Unload dishwasher if cycle finished.
- β Clean oven and cooker hood.
- β Clean fridge & bins.
- β Clean sink, wall & tiles.
- β Clean kitchen window inside.
- β Final check: make corrections, assist with hoovering & mopping.
- β Leave the kitchen sparkly & safe for the next guests.
